CB&I files for divestiture to resolve regulatory issues September 15th, 2008 NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — CB&I said Monday it has filed a divestiture application with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to resolve an ongoing legal issue from its 2001 acquisition of certain assets of Pitt-Des Moines, Inc.
